Q: How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets for all events can be purchased online by clicking “Buy Tickets” at the top of our website’s homepage. Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the event at the track’s box office.
We do not recommend purchasing tickets from anywhere other than the links listed on the High Limit Racing ticketing page.
Q. What is High Limit Racing’s refund policy?
Tickets are not refundable. Should weather cause cancellation or postponement of an event, please see our rain out policy below.
Q: What is High Limit Racing's rain out policy?
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund for your tickets. If you purchased tickets or pit passes with a credit card, you will receive a full refund back to the original form of payment. Refunds may take 3-5 business days depending on your banking institution.
If you purchased tickets or pit passes with cash, you will be required to physically mail your receipt for the tickets to the address below within 14 days of the event date to receive your refund. If you received your tickets digitally at the venue for a cash purchase, please email a copy of those tickets to info@highlimitracing.com for your refund. Refunds will not be issued at the venue. If an event is cancelled but is rescheduled, your tickets will automatically be moved to the new date. Refunds will not be issued.
If the event is canceled after the completion of all heat races the show is considered complete and no refunds will be issued.
Q. How will I know if an event is cancelled, postponed or delayed?
If you have purchased a ticket online, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of the event. This notification will go to the email entered with the ticket order.

Q. I bought a two-day ticket, but only received one QR code.
The same QR code will be used for each night. The QR code resets itself upon completion of the first night.
Q. I bought multiple tickets on one order, how do I find my tickets?
In your email confirmation, there is colored text that says “View All Tickets”. At that link you will see each individual ticket and QR code for each ticket. You can email or screenshot and text each ticket to your guests. Or, you can have each guest scanned in from your phone as long as they are with you at the time of entry.
Q: What is the age limit for a free child ticket?
Policies vary from track to track. Please read the ticket page carefully. For most tracks, children five and under are free in general admission seating only.
Q. Are there reserved seating prices for children?
No. All reserved seats are the same price regardless of age.
Q: Do I need to print my tickets?
No. Tickets can be scanned directly at the gate from your smartphone.
Q: Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?
Yes, a screenshot of the QR code - not the confirmation email - will work to gain entry into the track. We actually recommend having a screenshot available in case cell service is an issue at the venue on race day.
Q: What if I don’t have a smartphone or my battery dies?
Visit the box office at the track once you arrive. We can look up your ticket order by order name. For your ease and convenience you can also go straight to the entry and the team scanning tickets can look up your order and scan you in at the gate.
Q: Can I have multiple tickets on one phone?
Yes, we can swipe through multiple tickets on one device. Please only check-in the people who are with you to enter the gate.
Q: Do you accept Apple Pay?
Yes, Apple Pay is an accepted payment method at the box office.
Q: I lost my confirmation email with my tickets.
Send an email to info@highlimitracing.com and we will resend your confirmation email.
Q: Does my ticket insurance policy apply to rain outs, cancellations ,etc?
The ticket insurance program is not associated with High Limit Racing. If High Limit Racing cancels an event, you will be refunded through us. For all other instances and circumstances, please visit https://claims.purchaseprotection.com/ with any questions regarding ticket insurance.
Q: What time do gates open?
For most High Limit Racing events, the pit gate will open at 2:00PM and the grandstand gate at 4:00PM. These times can vary depending on the event.
Q: Can I bring in stadium seats or seat cushions?
Each track has different rules regarding what can be brought into the grandstands. We recommend visiting the ticket page or each track’s website for what is allowed inside the venue.
Q: What items are prohibited at each track?
Please read the header of the track you are attending on our ticket purchase page. Each page has a general list of prohibited items at that track. For a more comprehensive list, we suggest checking the track’s website or calling the track directly.
Q: What are the pit pass prices for adults and children?
The pit pass price is the same for adults and children at each event. Pit pass prices may vary, so please check the ticket page or track’s website for more information.
Q: Can you purchase pit passes in advance?
Yes, pit passes can be purchased in advance for most events at www.highlimitracing.com.
Q: Will I be able to upgrade my ticket to include a pit pass?
Yes, you can upgrade your ticket at the pit gate at the venue on race day for a charge of $10.
Q: Is the pit area open after the races?
Yes, the pit area is open to all fans directly following the final race of the night.
Q. Can I sell merchandise or set up a food trailer at your event?
Only drivers who are competing in the event are approved to sell merchandise. For questions regarding vending set-up and times, please contact Eric Sanders at sanders95@yahoo.com.

The nightly Durst Dice Roller is chosen randomly from pre-purchased ticket sales. To enter, simply purchase tickets for the event you are attending online at www.highlimitracing.com. The Durst Dice Roller will be notified on race day via the mobile number provided with the ticket order.
